US orders ship from our domestic warehouse in 2–4 business days. EU orders ship from our EU warehouse; duties & VAT are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Made-to-order pieces add production time shown on the product page.

Yes — US and EU are served from local warehouses. Other countries ship via tracked international post; import duties may apply depending on your country.

Flat-rate domestic shipping, free over $99 (US). EU pricing includes VAT via IOSS at checkout.

30-day returns on unworn items in original condition. If an outfit doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it or refund it — just reach out.

Yes. We use phthalate-free, REACH-compliant fabrics and avoid cheap PVC, so they’re gentle on vinyl figures and safe to handle.

We are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or connected to POP MART, Labubu, The Monsters, or any figure brand. Figure brand names, where used, indicate compatible size only; figures are sold separately.
