Because we are committed to handcrafted quality and thoughtful design, the entire production and shipping process usually takes about 7–15 days. Each order is made with love and care, ensuring you receive a sincere and meaningful gift.

Here's a detailed look at the PawsMon shopping process:

1 Choose Your Product

Browse and select the item you love — you can purchase it directly or add it to your shopping cart for later.

2 Proceed to Checkout

Enter your shipping details. We also recommend registering as a PawsMon member to receive exclusive and occasional discounts for your first and future purchases.

3 Select Your Payment Method

At PawsMon, we support multiple payment options, including:

  • Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

4 Track Your Order

Once payment is completed, you can view your order status under My Account > Orders. You don't have to check manually every time — all order and shipping updates will also be automatically sent to your email.

Your item is now being handcrafted! This process may take 1–3 days before moving to the next stage.

Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you! Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong International Port, using trusted global carriers such as:

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping method or carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Incorrect Address

Please Double-Check Your Address! You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet
  • Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before entering the "Shipping" stage
  • Once production begins, customized items cannot be cancelled
  • Full refunds are available for cancelled orders (before production)

After Shipping

Once your order has shipped:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery and return the package (return shipping costs apply)
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for more information

Signature Requirements

For your security, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery:
